Terms of Service

General➤ By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
➤ I have the right to decline any request I’m not comfortable with.
➤ Commissions are for personal use only. Please ask if you need commercial rights.
➤ All artworks will be in my art style.
➤ Please provide clear references and a detailed description of your request.

Payment
➤ Full or half payment depending on where you're commissioning from.
(VGen requires full upfront, while X 50% first.)
➤ VGen’s tax will be charged to the buyer
➤ No refunds after the sketch, unless I cancel the commission myself due to health issues or other personal reasons.
➤ If you cancel the commission, only a partial refund will be given depending on the progress.
➤ If I cancel the commission, you will receive a full refund — no worries!Process
➤ I’ll start working only after payment is received.
➤ I will send progress updates (sketch, base color, final).
➤ Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
➤ Big changes after the lineart or coloring will require an extra fee.
➤ I’ll inform you if there’s any delay.Delivery
➤ Final files will be sent digitally via Google Drive / email.
➤ You will receive: PNG (transparent/full), GIF (for animations), or format as stated in the commission type.Do Not

Post the finished artwork on my portfolio or social media (with credit to you as the client). Let me know if you want it to stay private.

Personal Note
This commission helps keep me going, literally! Art is my full-time job, so I truly appreciate your understanding if the prices may not seem "cheap" at first glance. I try to keep my prices fair for both side. Thank you so much for your support!
